Bryan Kramer MD

Dr. Kramer is the most recent addition to the Vascular Institute of the Rockies.  After completing his undergraduate studies at Rice University, he attended Albany Medical College in Albany, New York, receiving his MD degree in 1995. Dr. Kramer completed a residency in general surgery at the University of Cincinnati in 2000, and a fellowship in vascular surgery at Albany Medical Center Hospital in 2002.

Prior to moving to Denver, Dr. Kramer was a member of the Vascular Group, PLLC and an assistant professor of surgery at Albany Medical Center Hospital.  During the last ten years in Albany, he supervised the training of dozens of medical students, general surgery residents, and vascular surgery fellows.

 

Dr. Kramer is board certified in both general and vascular surgery, and has been practicing vascular surgery exclusively since 2000.  He performs all types of venous and arterial sugery, and also sees patients in the Denver Wound Healing Center at Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Hospital.  He is especially interested in all methods of aneurysm repair and has extensive experience in the technique of eversion carotid endarterectomy under local/regional anesthesia.
